Hi! I'm KailynnÂ

MSW, LISW-S, ADHD-CCSP, CCTP-II, C-DBT
I'm so glad you're here!
I believe healing begins with connection. Therapy isn't about having all the answers, finding the perfect words, or becoming someone different. It's about having a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel genuinely seen and understood, and begin making sense of your experiences.
Â
My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and about building connection. I believe in looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—your experiences, relationships, beliefs, and the things that have shaped who you are today. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, I want us to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where we can explore the hard things, discover new perspectives, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Â
My faith in Jesus is an important part of who I am. I believe we are created for connection and that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. For those who desire it, I welcome faith and spirituality into our work together. And regardless of your beliefs or where you are in life, my hope is that you always feel respected, valued, and welcomed in our therapy room.
Â
I specialize in couples therapy, OCD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and trauma/PTSD. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life's many challenges. My approach draws from ACT, DBT, CBT, ERP, and psychodynamic therapy, always through a trauma-informed lens.
Â
I also provide comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for adolescents and adults. I believe an assessment should offer more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you better understand how your brain works, make sense of your experiences, recognize your strengths, and walk away with clarity and practical next steps.
Â
I know that starting therapy, and sometimes even continuing it, takes courage. Healing isn't always easy or linear, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I'll be in your corner through the difficult moments, the discoveries, the setbacks, and the growth.
You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
